Transfer a Check or Table

You are able to transfer a check from one table to another. You are also able to transfer the entire check to a different server.

To transfer from one table to another, open the check in question and click the ellipsis at the top right of the screen and select Change Table.

You can now select the table that the check needs to move to.

You will be asked to confirm the change.

To save this change, click on the Send button to close the check screen.

Trying to combine two tables together? Follow the same steps from above and choose the table you would like to combine.

In this example, I went into Table 7 and am trying to move it to Table 6. I will get a prompt for whether I'd like to merge the two tables together into one check, or keep them as separate checks, but on the same table.

If I decide to keep them as separate orders, now whenever I attempt to open Table 6 I will pick which check I'd like to open.

To transfer the check to a new server, open the check and click on the ellipsis at the top right of the screen and click Change Server.

If a server initiated this transaction, you'll be prompted for a management approval code.

You will be prompted with a list of available servers to switch the check over to. Select the new server.

To save this change, click on the Send button to close the check screen.
