How to 86 and item or Add An Available Quantity

Sometimes we run out of stuff... It happens. This lesson covers 86ing and item so it cannot be ordered or setting the number of available units of an item.

86 an Item in Toast




1. Press and hold the item you wish to 86.


2. A prompt will pop up for Quick Edit mode, click "Enter Quick Edit".




3. Open the drop down menu under Inventory.




4. Click "Out of Stock".


5. Click "Save".


6. Click "Done".
