How to Fire a Future Order to the Kitchen Now

This lesson goes over how to fire a future order ticket to the kitchen now, instead of the scheduled time.

To fire a future order to the kitchen now, instead of its regular scheduled time, you first have to be at the right terminal. While you can see the Fire Now button at any terminal, only one will allow you to select this button.


From the labeled Fire Now terminal, find the check you'd like to fire to the kitchen (either within the Pending Orders screen or Payment Terminal screen). Select the Fire Now button.



If you are at the wrong terminal, you will still see this button, but it will be grayed out:
