Managing your personal employee profile in Stratex

The Myself section of the Stratex Dashboard is where you can update and access the information in your personal employee profile. This lesson will teach you how to maintain your information and to access important employee information when you need it.


Using the Myself Section of Stratex


The Myself section of Stratex contains your personal HR information at Hideaway Pizza.  The Myself section is divided into several sections and subsections.


1. Personal Profile:  This section contains your personal profile including key information such your contact information, demographic data, and general information about you and your time at Hideaway Pizza.  The Personal Profile also includes a subsection that will allow you to set and manage your emergency contacts.  You may access this information by clicking on the carrot next to the Personal Profile menu link.



It is your responsibility to maintain your personal information in Stratex.  For example:  if you move or your emergency contact changes please update that information in Stratex to ensure that you receive your W-2 or we are able to reach your correct emergency contact if there is an emergency.


Update Your Contact Information: 


1. Navigate to your personal profile in Stratex.  

2. Locate the section that needs to be updated.

3. Click the "Edit" button 


4. Update the information with the correct information


5. Then click "Save".


2. Career Profile:  The Career Profile section is essentially your resume in Stratex.  You may update this information to reflect your professional experience.  This section may also expand to include reviews, training you have completed or a certification you may have earned.


3. Benefits: The benefits section will initially be unused but may expand as Stratex is expanded.


4. Pay: The pay section is where you can go to view and print your pay history and update your direct deposit information.


5. Time & Labor:  The Time and Labor section will allow you to review your timesheet that is imported into Stratex from the point of sale system.


6. Documents & Forms:  This section will include tax forms, your I-9 information, and your year end documents.
