How to view and manage your team in Stratex

Each general manager, district manager, and director will have one or more direct reports. Direct reports make up your team in Stratex. This lesson will help you maintain your team's payroll and HR data in Stratex.


How to use the teams section of Stratex


The teams section of Stratex allows you to quickly view and manage those Hideaway employees that report to you directly.  If you are the general manager of a location all the employees that work at your location. 


To access the team section of Stratex click the "Teams" button from the Stratex Dashboard



You will now see all of your direct reports listed along with some information about the duration of employment.



If you have many direct reports you may want to change the way you view your reports to a list rather than the grid of profiles.  You may do this by clicking the "lists" toggle button.




 You may switch back by clicking the "Grid" toggle button.


You may click on any of your direct reports and access their employee profile.



Once here you may carry our a number of tasks related to the employee.  This could include anything from changing their mailing address, printing their w-2 or even terminating them if necessary.
