How to use the Management section of Stratex

The Management section of Stratex is where you will do much of your payroll and HR work. This section contains the recruitment and labor portions of Stratex. This lesson will cover the basic navigation of the management section of Stratex.


How to use the Management tab in Stratex


The Management tab is available from the Main Navigation menu on the Stratex Dashboard (see: Using the Stratex Dashboard)


The Management tab is where most of the work is done in Stratex.  You will use this section to look at:


Employee Development


There isn't much here yet.  We hope to use this section in the near future but for now... watch this space.


Performance Dashboard


There isn't much here yet. We hope to use this section in the near future but for now... watch this space.


New Hire

You will use the "New Hire" section to complete new hires and to hire that great applicant that walks in the door looking to join the pizza party.


Recruitment


The recruitment section is our online application portion of Stratex.  Job applicants will appear here and you can review and hire that next great employee!  The Recruitment section is divided into three sections:


Requisitions:  These are the current posted jobs at your location(s)


All Candidates:  These are the folks you can hire!


Reports: These are reports associated with your location and the applicants you have received.
