You can add or update your own emergency contact information in Stratex. You can also help make sure your team has the correct emergency contact information.


How to update or add an emergency contact in Stratex


You can add or update your own emergency contact information in Stratex.  You can also help make sure your team has the correct emergency contact information.  In the case of an emergency you will be thankful that you have the latest and most accurate contact information for each of your employees.


1. Begin by logging into Stratex (see:  Login to Stratex)


2. From the Dashboard you should select the "Myself" button.



3. Next click carrot next to the "Personal Profile" and select the "Emergency Contact" link



4. To edit an existing contact, locate the contact and click the "Edit" button or to add an new emergency contact click the "Add" button



5. Once you updated the necessary details click the "Save" button.




How to update one of your direct reports emergency contacts



1. From the Stratex Dashboard, select the "Team" button 




2. Select the direct report from the list of available team members.


3. Next click carrot next to the "Personal Profile" and select the "Emergency Contact" link



4. To edit an existing contact, locate the contact and click the "Edit" button or to add an new emergency contact click the "Add" button


5. Once you have completed the addition or update click the "Save" button to save your changes.
