The Stratex Application Process

This lesson will help you to understand the process that applicants go through when applying for a job in Stratex.

This is what the applicants see when applying for a job. 


1. They will be directed to go to HideawayPizza.com and 'click' Employment. 

      - From there they will be directed to our Stratex career page.


2. They will choose the job they are interested in and Register to Apply on the right hand side. 



From here they will follow the steps of applying:


Step 1: Asked to sign an agreement


Step 2: Position - When they will be able to start


Step 3: Demographics - Personal Info


Step 4: Work History


Step 5: Education


Step 6: References


Step 7: Documents - Resume


Step 8: Verification - Authorization to work and Felony/Theft


Step 9: EEOC classifications


Step 10: General - worked for this company


Step 11: Work Availability


Step 12:  Job specific - age requirement for position



The applicant has a dashboard - on the left is all the application they have started and on the right is all available positions:



Once the employee starts an application - you will see it in the dashboard.
