The steps necessary that an employer needs to take to complete their portion of onboarding tasks.
Now that you have changed the candidates status to 'Hired,' You now need to complete the Employer portion of the onboarding process. You must complete this side completely before the new hire can see their side.
Stratex --> Management --> New Hire
Look for the new hire you are trying to complete and click the 'play' button on the right side - this will take you to where you need to start.
Step 1: Confirm Demographics
Step 2: Login
Step 4: Position - Put in their PRIMARY job that they will be working as their job code (Ex: Server, Support, Kitchen)
Trainee job codes are for specialties.
Step 5: Pay
Step 6: Benefits
Step 7: Timekeeping
Step 8: Time Away From Work
Step 9: Documents
Step 10: Review
The employee will receive a 'Welcome to the Team' email and will prompt them to register and complete all their tasks.
