How to give a raise to a member of the restaurant staff in Stratex.

1.  login to Startex

2. Click on "Team" to view your team.

3. Locate the employee you would like to provide a raise and double click on them in the list

4. Click on the carrot next to "Pay" and then select "Pay Change"

5. The "Pay Change" grid will display.  Click the "Start" button to begin the wizard.

6.  Provide a reason for the pay rate change and then enter the date the pay rate should change.

7.  Confirm the date is correct and click the "Next" button.

8. Enter the amount of the raise and not the total pay rate.  For example:  if the raise is $1 then you would enter $1 in the pay rate change amount.  Confirm the pay rate change by using the preview. The New Rate will show what the employee will be making upon the raise date. The secondary update flag to "NO" and then press "Next"

9. You are now able to review the change rate that is pending.

10. Go to the Employee's Specialty page and Confirm no specialty rates need to be changed.
